Why should we use ATF machine?
The structure of ATF machine is extremely tight and complex. Only 25% of waste oil can be changed if using traditional way. Metal scraps, Oil sludge and other residues still in the gearbox will cause secondary pollution mixing with new oil, which make gearbox accelerating slow, changing gear with vibration, and then overheating, oil consumption big and other abnormal phenomena, if it’s ignored, it is easy to fail.
This ATF machine is designed according to the world's latest process. Combining the recycling and cooling pressure of gearbox and the output pressure of this machine, it’s filled with new oil when discharging waste oil. This kind oil exchanging which make new oil filling and waste discharging occurring synchronously not only ensures the safety and efficiency, but also makes gearbox in completely maintenance. Meanwhile the ATF machine adopts adjustable electric pressure design which allow the pressure can be adjusted according to the needs of different models, easy to operate.
The ATF machine can finish the oil recharging and cleaning of gearbox ,hydraulic converter, gearbox radiator in 20 minutes, which not only can completely remove metal scraps, oil sludge, but also make oil changing ratio to nearly 100% to make sure gearbox is always new.
